RENTAL CONDITIONS

Follow the steps below to make a reservation:

Within 2 days after your reservation you will receive an invitation from us to pay a deposit of 25%.
As soon as we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.
At least 6 weeks before arrival you owe the balance of the total rent and a security deposit of € 150.00
If there is less than 6 weeks between your reservation and your arrival date, you will owe the entire rental sum + security deposit of € 150.00 at once.
If canceled up to 6 weeks before arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 50% and later it will be 100% of the total rent. The security deposit will be returned for 100% after cancellation.
Within the week after your stay the security deposit of € 150.00 will be refunded, provided no damage or loss of goods is detected.

Additional rental conditions regardless of your time of reservation

You can check in from 16.00 and please check out before 10.00. In mutual consultation other times can be agreed!
A maximum of 4 people + baby can stay in our holiday home.
Smoking is forbidden in Casa Wendy Comares.
Pets are NOT allowed.

Pay attention! After your reservation you will receive an invitation from us to pay the deposit of 25% or the full amount + security deposit (depending on the time of your reservation).

Your booking is only definitive when we have received your payment!
